Privacy Policy

Pulse is a free workspace health check built by Notable Growth (“we,” “our,” or “us”). You give Pulse a scoped, read-only Braze REST API key, and Pulse reads 90 days of aggregate Braze data to produce a 0 to 100 health score across six areas. This policy explains what Pulse accesses, stores, and shares. Pulse is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Braze, Inc.

Pulse only asks for read-only, aggregate scopes: campaign, canvas, and segment lists and data series, and KPI data series for active and new users. It never asks for a users.* scope, never asks for anything that writes or exports, and never receives a single user record.

Your key is used only for the one analysis you start. It lives in server memory for the duration of that request and is never written to disk, a database, or a log. Once your report finishes generating (or the request fails), the key is gone. If you'd rather it not exist at all afterward, you can revoke or delete it in Braze once you're done.

The report Pulse generates, your six component scores, aggregate counts of campaigns, canvases, and segments, and a short written summary, is stored at a private, hard-to-guess link so you can come back to it or share it, and is deleted automatically 24 hours after it's generated. It never contains the name of a specific campaign, canvas, or segment, any user-level data, or a copy of your API key, and it carries no identifying information at all: your name and email are never part of the report, even if you provide them.

If you use Share Results, Pulse publishes a snapshot of your report, a static page showing the same aggregate scores, to Stack, Notable Growth's internal publishing tool, and gives you a link. That link works for 30 days and reflects your report exactly as it stood when you shared it; later changes to the live report are not reflected in the shared copy. This is separate from the 24-hour report link above: sharing makes its own durable copy, so it doesn't disappear when the original report does.

The “About you” step is entirely optional: nothing on it is required to get your score. If you choose to fill in your name or email, that's treated as permission to be contacted, and we post it directly to an internal Slack channel so someone from Notable Growth can follow up. We don't store it anywhere else, not in a database, not alongside your report. If you leave those fields blank, nothing is sent, and nobody reaches out.

We use PostHog to understand how people move through Pulse: which wizard step they're on, whether an analysis finished or failed (and roughly why), and whether a share link was created. We also track page views. We don't autocapture clicks, don't record your session, and don't send PostHog your name, email, API key, or anything from your report; every event is a step name or a true/false outcome, nothing else.

A short list of everyone this data passes through:

• Braze, Inc. receives your API requests directly, the same as any REST API client would. See Braze's own privacy policy for how it handles that traffic.
• Vercel hosts Pulse and stores your report, for 24 hours, in Vercel Blob storage.
• Stack, Notable Growth's internal tool, only if you choose to share your results.
• Slack, only if you provide your name or email.
• PostHog, for the analytics described above.

We'll update this page if what Pulse does changes, and the date at the top will reflect that.
