By using Pulse, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Pulse.

Pulse is a free tool that scores your Braze workspace across six areas using aggregate data pulled from the Braze REST API. It's meant to give you a directional sense of workspace health and to point out where a closer look might help, not to serve as a comprehensive audit. It does not identify or name specific campaigns, canvases, or segments; that level of detail is what a Notable Growth audit provides.

When you use Pulse, you're responsible for:

• Having the authority to create and use a Braze REST API key for the workspace you're scoring. Pulse assumes you're authorized to do this.
• Scoping that key to only the read-only permissions Pulse requests, and for whatever else the key can access if you grant it broader scopes.
• Revoking the key afterward if you don't want it active anymore. Pulse doesn't do this for you.

Scores are estimates built from aggregate counts and rates, not a guarantee of your workspace's actual state. Some figures, like message fatigue, are directional approximations rather than exact measurements, and some components may go unscored if Braze doesn't return enough data. Don't treat a Pulse score as a substitute for a full audit or professional advice.

Pulse is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be available, error-free, or produce accurate results.

To the extent permitted by law, Notable Growth is not liable for any damages arising from your use of Pulse, including any consequence of actions you take, or don't take, based on your score.

Pulse is an independent tool built by Notable Growth. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Braze, Inc.

We may update these terms as Pulse changes. Continuing to use Pulse after an update means you accept the revised terms.
